Mario Insulation Ltd have recently successfully delivered a ERDF project working in partnership with Accord Housing Association to provide External Wall Insulation, Loft Insulation and associated works, including the installation of the ‘Eco OverCill’ (patented and BBA approved) to 45 properties in the Walsall area.
The objective of this project was to achieve the highest level of insulation to the external wall fabric of the properties to maximise energy savings for the occupier and to provide a quality, durable and aesthetically sympathetic finish to the existing properties as required by strict planning conditions. This was achieved by pro-actively working with the client as the project quickly and efficiently progressed.
The project was funded through of a mixture of European Regional Development Funding (ERDF) and Green Deal Home Improvement Funding (GDHIF).
The project consisted of designing the system in conjunction with AVAL sole UK provider: CJ Insulation Service in close liaison with clients and tenants, ensuring superior quality and delivery in line with AVAL quality management system. The feedback from the client (Accord) and its tenants was excellent, stating high satisfaction levels. (Customer testimonial insertions?)
This was delivered successfully by Mario Insulation Ltd who were also responsible for installing External Wall Insulation to over 1000 private residential properties under the GDHIF.
We are keen to progress further with Accord Housing Association and welcome enquiries from other organisations, landlords and individual occupiers who may be interested in our quality service.

As a landlord you may be eligible for an ECO4 grant if your tenants
are in receipt of certain benefits or deemed to be on a low income

the EPC rating of your property will determine the energy efficient
measures that can be installed.
